About a year ago, I designed the logo for HandmadeMN, an Etsy street team for artists and crafters in Minnesota. On a whim, I submitted it to the AIGA MN Design Show and it was accepted. As a result, I received a creative block award! For a brief evening, it was hung at the Walker Art Center. Pretty exciting, even if it was just a private reception. I am looking forward to having it on my table at our portfolio show next month.

Being in TX, I'm not familiar with what The Walker is, but being a graphic designer I totally know about AIGA and THAT is awesome!!! Congrats because I know that's a huge boost!
